Cominco’s mandate was to deploy an International Employee Portal utilizing VMWare and SharePoint technologies.  

The purpose was to unify e-communications between employees located on multiple sites around the globe.  

PM61 worked with several vendors and their PMs to plan out the rollout and created detailed project plans for multi-site deployment, including remote sites such as Red Dog Alaska, and mines in South America and Africa.
